Intellectual Property. This site is owned and managed by The Luminary Wellness Center, LLC, which reserves all right and/or a valid license to the site and its contents. Any and all materials are protected by copyright or used under a valid license and you do not have any right, title, or interest in the content by using our site. Use of any content is strictly prohibited without our prior consent. Jurisdiction. The site and any content herein are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without reference to conflict of laws principles. You agree by using the site that the only proper jurisdiction and venue for any dispute with Prairieview Law or as relates to this site is solely within state and/or federal courts in Wisconsin, U.S.A., and you agree to the personal jurisdiction of these courts. Before seeking legal recourse, you must contact us and give us 30 days to cure before initiating action.
